The 500-piece count was just right for a quiet evening — small enough to finish in one sitting but the intricate snowy details kept it from feeling too easy. Barbara Behr's artwork has so much texture in every roof and tree that I kept noticing new little touches as I went.
The glitter on the barn windows catches the light while you're working, which kept me at the table way longer than I meant to stay. I went with the 500-piece count and it was just the right amount of challenge for a snowy afternoon.
I grabbed the 1000-piece version and the smaller, intricate cuts made this way more engaging than the standard grid puzzles I usually do. Barbara Behr's barn scene came together beautifully, and the glittery finish on the snow really pops under a lamp.
