The amber rooster's feathers have so much detail that it almost looks painted, and the whole barnyard scene came together without any frustrating blurry patches. I did the 1000-piece version over three evenings and the pieces fit snugly enough that I could move small sections around the table.
The 500-piece count was perfect for a rainy afternoon with my kid, and the rooster's feathers have this amber shading that looks almost painted. Pieces snapped together cleanly with no frayed edges or false fits.
The colors in this barnyard scene are way richer than I expected, especially the amber on the rooster's feathers. I did the 500-piece version over two evenings and the pieces fit together with a satisfying click.
