I've done a lot of Christmas puzzles and the artwork here actually has personality — the kids sneaking tastes while Bernadette rolls dough made me laugh. Pieces snapped together cleanly with barely any false fits, which matters when you're three hours deep. Going back for another piece count.
The 1000-piece count was the perfect difficulty for our holiday evenings, and the warm kitchen scene with Bernadette and the children kept us smiling the whole time. Christine Carey's artwork has such cozy detail that the puzzle practically finished itself.
The kitchen scene with the kids helping their mom is so cozy, and the piece count options meant I could grab the 500 for my mom who's new to puzzling. Pieces fit together snugly and the artwork doesn't get muddy in the busy cookie-baking details.
