The pieces snapped together with a satisfying click and held tight, no fraying on the edges like my last puzzle. The fishing scene with the dog by the river kept me busy for a few evenings, and the print quality really makes the water look real.
The piece cut on this one is really clean, no frayed edges or false fits, which matters since the river and trees have so much similar green. I did the 1000-piece version over three evenings and the little boy fishing with his dog was the last section I finished.
The peaceful scene of the boy fishing with his dog while the train curves around the bend really brought me back to a simpler time. I finished the piece count in a couple of weekend sittings, and every piece locked together perfectly with no frustrating false fits.
