Farfalla in cristallo iridescente

The faceted surface throws tiny rainbows across my shelf when the afternoon sun hits it, which I wasn't expecting from something so small. It's sitting on my desk now and I keep catching myself staring at it instead of working.

The faceted surface throws little rainbows across my windowsill when the afternoon sun hits it, which I wasn't expecting at all. I bought it as a keepsake for my mom and now I kind of want one for myself.

I was a little worried it would look cheap in person, but the way the light splits into tiny rainbows on my windowsill is genuinely mesmerizing. It’s become the first thing I notice every morning when the sun hits it.
