Answers to the most common questions about the personalized This Human T-shirt: how sizing runs, how to order a custom name, gift appeal, and wash care.
Quick answer
Choose your normal size and order early if it’s a gift—the personalization step adds time, and the shirt is a solid pick for pet owners who like a funny, wearable present.
Why the personalization step changes your order timing
Because the pet name is added to the shirt, this isn’t a grab-and-go item. If you’re buying for a birthday or holiday, order earlier than you would for a standard tee so the custom name doesn’t become the reason it arrives late.
Where this shirt works best as a gift
It lands best with dog or cat owners who enjoy playful pet-parent humor and will actually wear a graphic tee. If the recipient prefers plain clothing or doesn’t like drawing attention, a non-personalized pet gift is the safer choice.
Common questions about the personalized This Human T-shirt
- How does the sizing run?
- The shirt is available in sizes, but the catalog doesn’t list a size chart. Use your usual size as a starting point, and if you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up. Check the size options on the product page before ordering.
- How do I order a custom name?
- Enter your pet’s name in the personalization field, keeping it to 12 characters or fewer. Double-check the spelling before you submit—custom names usually can’t be changed after the order is placed. Type the name exactly as you want it printed.
- Is it a good funny personalized shirt gift?
- Yes, for pet lovers with a sense of humor. It’s a wearable joke that feels personal because it includes the pet’s name. Skip it if the recipient dislikes novelty shirts or prefers subtle clothing. Pair it with a card from the pet for an easy extra touch.
- How should I wash it?
- Machine wash is fine. Turn the shirt inside out and use a gentle cycle with cold water to help protect the printed name, then hang or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and high heat to keep the print looking fresh.
